Description

Someone has written a dissertation for me, but I need raw data for it, as well as the documents attached. Please make the necessary changes to the thesis to be able to provide all the info required. The graphs and data are good, I just need the raw material and the forms.Here is

1- The template of Informed Consent sheets, Participant Information Sheets, and Debriefing sheets. It needs to be in a word format please.

2-A template of the Interviews in the format that i need to send to my professor before turning in the thesis.

3-And a photo of the Data in an Excel sheet that i also need to send to my professor before turning in the thesis.

I have also included a complete lay-out example for the thesis

• Summary of required appendices:
  1. Declaration of Originality (place at the beginning of your Dissertation)
  2. Completed Supervisor Contact Sheet
  3. Signed Approved Ethics form OR Ethics Screening form
  4. Accompanying relevant ethics documents (those submitted with your ethics application)
  5. Declaration of Generative AI Use (and supporting documentation)
