Write a roughly paper addressing one of the following topics:

(1) Do you think that it would be possible, if Socrates’s/Plato’s or Aristotle’s account of happiness is right (take your pick), for a person to believe that they are happy without actually being happy? Explain. Do you agree with that result? Why or why not?

(2) Both Socrates/Plato and Aristotle believe that virtue is a necessary condition of happiness. Select one of them (either Socrates/Plato or Aristotle) and explain why they think so. Do you agree? Why or why not?
