After reading Chapter 4 and watching the video titled, “The Price of Free Speech-and Censorship,” you will answer the following: Video Below 

Do you believe the right to free speech under the 1st Amendment is eroding? 

Give examples from the video that support whether or not you believe so?

Do you believe the rights imposed by other Constitutional Amendments, such as the 2nd, 4th and 8th Amendments are eroding? If so, give examples of why. If not, discuss why you don’t believe they are not eroding.
