Please note: you must think about your questions. This is part of your professional development as a potential future professor. Questions that allow for yes/no answers, or those that have require simple opinions, do not stimulate discussion, in fact they grind discussion to a halt. You want to ask open ended questions to solicit reflection and engagement with the material.

You can raise questions related to material you found challenging or what to hear other perspectives on. I encourage you to bring those challenging topics to class discussion.

Generally, discussion leaders should have 2 broad questions for every reading, they have to be a good discussion questions
