structure of two solar carts need to be modified

Please submit what you have accomplished related to the attached project and include at least 2 literature review (3 paragraphs of summary of article, key conclusions of article and relevance to the project) as well as any tool acquisition training/tutorial.  The file should have an outline of your report. In addition, include Gantt Chart/timeline. modification on aluminum cart and nylon cart to adjust the structure looking better to add a bigger solar panel.
