Initial Post Instructions
Analyze the article and video and discuss why government regulations and public perspective can impact normal purchasing decisions. As mentioned in the week 6 lecture consider your own buyer behavior at the beginning of the pandemic in April or May 2020 when there was no toilet paper available. Did you change your normal shopping habits? Did you panic? Why or why not? What influenced you? Does governmental control influence you and how to manage those motivations?

Think of two major purchases that you have made over the past year or two. What are the motivational, learning, and attitudinal factors that played into these buying decisions? Use examples and proper references.
