Review a current article related to the course.  Use a professional journal or trade journal.  Summarize the article as you did in the first article assignment.This week the course focuses on conflict management and negotiation skills.  In many instances these go hand in hand.  Managing conflict has several aspects and leaders must be able to manage these aspects.  For instance, multidisciplinary teams create conflict in dealing with clinical care and other aspects of operations.  These conflicts, if managed properly, will have positive outcomes for improving patient care.  Employee conflicts create complex management issues that require specific skill sets to resolve. Make the connection with this week course content 

1. All written assignments will be supported by a minimum of 4 scholarly/industry reference sources (textbook can be used) that are no older than 3-5 years.
