Building a Quality Workforce
Discussion Question –
As more and more employees come to or pass retirement age and create openings for those employees left behind, should employers consider increasing different types of benefits to hire and retain a quality workforce. With options available at numerous companies, such as flexible work hours, tuition reimbursement programs, and etc. Will this become a standard practice in order to maintain a quality workforce?
Will employers begin to offer more competitive “benefits” to acquire and maintain this workforce? Describe some benefits that would entice you to come or stay with a company.
