evidenced based paper over dementia

I. Students will submit one research based paper by October 6th. Paper is due no later than 12 noon on this date.
II. Evidence based practice paper will consist of the following elements (as headers)
Pathophysiology of disease
Pertinent patient assessment findings
Labs
Radiologic
Physical assessment
Therapeutic treatment of disease
Medications related to disease process
Nursing interventions associated with disease process (most important section)

III. Paper will utilize best evidence practice information. This is to be an in-depth paper over the topic selected. All information should be evidence based and current research.

IV. Reference List must contain at least 3 evidence based references in addition to text books. (While text books are good resources information is at least 5 years old.)

V. Paper is to be in correct APA 7 format.
