Intervention For Caregiver- Dementia Caregivers

Design an intervention or support program for caregivers. Your proposed intervention/program should be feasible, practical, and ethical. It should not simply mimic an existing intervention/program, although incorporating elements of successful existing interventions/programs is allowed. Describe the characteristics of your intervention/support program in thorough detail. Your description should include (but not be limited to) the following:

The caregiver/care recipient population you’re targeting
How the intervention/program would be conducted and accessed
How often the intervention/program would be available
Who would be in charge of providing the services
How much the intervention/program would cost, and any funding sources (e.g., Medicare, grants) that would be used to develop or pay for it
Why you believe your intervention/support program is necessary and likely to be effective
How the effectiveness of the intervention/support program would be evaluated

Typed, double-spaced, with 12-point font and margins no larger than 1¼ inches
APA format (6th or 7th edition) for the title page, body of paper, and references
