The opportunity to access information is a precise sign of the privilege of articulation guaranteed by article thirteen of the American Convention. The first step that should be taken is to engage Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) to follow up if their security measures authorize such information to be revealed. Then, they consider if, as per the constitution, they have the right to get the information they are enquiring. There is some information that people are entitled to obtain based on laws and security regulations, while there are those they are not permitted to obtain. The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) interpretation is not legally binding. The reason is that there is no way an interpreted rule can be taken or measured as a law. In this law case, certain rules of ASIA that FAA interprets seem to contradict with FOIA (Beatty, Samuelson, & Abril, 2021).

Congress can discuss the court ruling on baseball to see if it really affects commerce or trade. If it does, they can go to the court and present their views, and if a small group owns baseball, violating antitrust laws. What Gross could have done is to warn Iceberg of the consequences of shooting Slavin. In such a case, Gross is responsible for his deeds.

The recourse that tobacco companies can have to challenge the FDA’s rule is by filing a lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). FDA may not have proof if the signs will lower the smoking rate, and there is no substantial government interest that forces tobacco companies to speak out.
