Description of the task:
You will develop a selection process with a compolete interview guide for a specific role in a real-world organisation. The completed product should look like a manual that the organisation could use – it explains the overall selection strategy and key steps in the process. The interview guide, should be “ready for use” by the organisation. The completed product will demonstrate your understanding of key concepts covered in the unit.
Target Audience:
You are writing this report for presentation to the HR professionals in your organisation. It is critical for this task that you provide specific details so that the reader would know exactly what they need to do to run the process.
