Task
As an individual assignment, you will need to pick-up a company of your choice that:
• Is listed in the Franchise 500 ranking (https://www.entrepreneur.com/franchise500 )
• And that you would like to work for or that you are interested in.
• Documenting yourself about the company’s last 5 years performance.
You will develop and submit a strategic audit report reviewing the basic Strategic steps the company has followed in the last years: Its Mission, Vision and
Values, the specific Market segments it is targeting, the Business opportunity for growth, its competitor, industry and environmental analysis and a
summarizing resulting SWOTmatrix.
You will need to:
• Apply and highlight the concepts and theories learned in the course
• Identify areas of improvement you may find whilst auditing the company, in particular how did the corporation deal with COVID19
