Description

This essay will consist of five paragraphs. In three separate paragraphs, you will compare the following topics related to the legal and court system within the United States: 1) Judicial Activism versus Judicial Restraint; 2) Loose Constructionism versus Strict Constructionism; and 3) Living Document versus Original Intent. You must include an introduction and summary for a total of five paragraphs. You must use two outside sources (other than your textbook) and have a works cited page. Failure to include a works cited page will result in a reduction of your grade. Your submission should not be less than 400 words in length.
