Reference should be APA format on the word document.
· Prepare a list of at least 10 sources pertaining to your Position Paper topic

· Give 1-2 sentences of rationale/explanation for why you are using this reference and what is its purpose in your paper
· Select 5 of your sources and show how each would be used for an in-text citation
