I need a review on a document, to look for duplications in criteria/requirement, or areas that can be merged

Description

I need a review to a document which includes an assessment framework.

Framework consists of 5 domains, each with criteria, sub criteria and a ser of requirements for each.

I would require a thorough review, highlighting areas for improvements in case some requirements are duplicated, or aread where things can be merged, or redundant in order to further polish and tweak the assessment framework.
