Everything is clearly explained within it and there is also a sample lab reportfor you to look at, so you can get an idea on how to write it. Keep in mind that there have been some modifications made in the template to meet the need for online format. So, the sample lab report may not be an exact guideline. But it will be helpful in most cases.

After you complete the report, convert it into pdf format and then submit. any format other than pdf may give you trouble while submitting due to limited file size issue. You may include pictures in your report. Make sure you use smallest size possible to keep the overall size of the report low.
