In this assignment we will work with a real existing challenge for the FAU College of Medicine.
The assignment will start with a presentation from the College Marketing Director and will end on November 25th with your presentation of the results.
You will gather all content and learnings shared/discussed in class to build a plan with suggestions to improve the marketing efforts of the College, aiming to achieve their defined objective and goals. For that, a basic suggested structure/flow you should consider:
. In-depth understanding of all the College’s history – both as a College (macro) and as Department (marketing efforts – specific),
. Understand the target audience(s): available data and analysis, and/or collect new data,
. Understand the goals and objectives, as well as limitations and budgeting, and other aspects that can limit your marketing suggestions/plan,
. Understand and define your suggestions for: target audience, value proposition/differentiation, pricing, products, partnerships, customer engagement, and communication activities.
The final deliverable of this assignment is a presentation to be shared with the College. If you, e.g., collected data or created analysis that you would share to help the College, will be certainly much appreciated.
You must SUBMIT a document with your group’s work (same group members submit same document) developed during the assignment timeline. Your submission should contain data and references to support your arguments for your content development.
A document with a minimum of 5 pages of content in APA format, plus references list.
Presentation/ Power Point
you will upload here the document of the presentation you did in class.
Although the Presentation structure is opened to your decision, it must reflect the work you did during this assignment’s timeframe, i.e., it should be a summary of the ‘Marketing Plan Assignment’.
