Write  a paper on the topic patterns of employee motivation. Pursue a literature review on employee patterns of human behavior, and discuss three research studies which identify motivating factor of employees in organizations. Include discussion on motivating a diverse workforce toward organizational cohesiveness. Also include theoretical sound content. Indicate how you would use the results of these studies toward motivating employees within your organization. Cite 3-5 scholarly journals or articles. Be sure your research/discussion is grounded on theories in motivation (e.g., Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg Two-factors theory, etc.).
