Lab Report 7 – Plant Symbiosis

Description

Over the course of 3 weeks we performed an experiment, where we were testing “How does AMF affect plant growth and reproductive output in Impatiens Hawkeri at microscopic and molecular levels?” Week 1: we looked at the microscopic level, Week 2: we look at the molecular level, and Week 3: we performed Gel Electrophoresis and compared our results. Because it was a 3 week experiment, there should be 3 Dates (November 13, November 6, and October 30), 3 Approaches, and 3 Methods. The results section should include the picture of the Gel Electrophoresis, make sure you describe your observations and trends. It should also include a total of 6 bar graphs (that will be provided via a data spreadsheet), make sure you describe your observations and trends as well. The bar graphs and picture should have appropriate labels.
