Article Review Write-up about Econ

Description

Objective

 To review a published article from a reputable print source addressing economic theory and

policy topics that relate to the material we covered in Economic Concepts. The topics covered

are:

─ Demand, Supply, Market Equilibrium, Consumer and Producer Surplus, Price Ceiling and

Floor, Elasticity of Demand (Price, Income, and Cross-price), Production and Cost

Analysis, Economies of Scale, Perfect Competition, Monopoly, Negative and Positive

Externalities, Government Regulation of Markets.

 Length and format:

─ 2 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman font size 12

─ 1 inch margins

─ Document header with your name

 First paragraph should be a short summary of the article.

 Next paragraphs should analyze the article from a theoretical point of view connecting it to the

course material.

 In your last paragraph, express your opinion, if applicable. Or simply summarize and conclude.

 You may use other articles and material to support your work but please cite and list references.
