  • Imagine that you have the choice of purchasing farmland located long a river meander. Farm A is located on the inside of the river bend, and Farm B is located on the outside of the river bend.Please select which farm you would prefer to purchase simply because it would be more likely to gain land area over time as opposed to lose land area, assuming the property boundary was tied to the location of the river bend.In other words, the border between Farm A and Farm B is defined as wherever the centerline of the river is found, regardless of where it moves in the future.This is an actual example of common property boundaries found in the eastern part of the U.S. (20 points)
