I recommend adding Steva Brown to the Stakeholder Management Plan (SMP) due to her role as TCS’s HR representative, directly defining essential requirements for our HRM plan (as outlined in Project 2 Step 8). Steva serves as the lead HR consultant for TCS on this project, and her input is essential for aligning our objectives with TCS standards. Meeting her expectations is critical, as any gaps could escalate to Latoya Green (TCS CEO and the approving stakeholder).

Thank you for submitting your Human Resource Management (HRM) plan. While it contains some interesting information, the presentation leans more towards theoretical content rather than project-specific details. Given that the HRM will be part of your Project Management Plan (PMP), there is no need for an introduction, conclusion, or theoretical approaches to HR strategies and processes. It is recommended to focus directly on how you plan to organize the staffing, hiring, and training of new store personnel within your project.

When outlining your plans, specificity is key. How many individuals do you intend to hire? For which positions? With which specific recruiting companies do you plan to collaborate? What platforms or media will you use to search for potential candidates? Additionally, why do you believe 30 days will be sufficient to complete your HRM tasks? A more detailed explanation and justification of the costs associated with this part of your project should also be provided, especially if they are not discussed in detail in the Cost section of your project. Please remember that you are developing a project management plan, which should be as detailed and precise as possible. Summarizing your reading materials is insufficient for a robust HRM plan.
