  • The original idea,
  • Market misjudgement,
  • Technical limitations,
  • Inadequate planning, execution, or resource allocation,
  • Organisational barriers, resistance to change, or lack of support.

Discuss the key lessons learned, and how businesses could avoid failing in the future.

Please note – Your analysis for each section should include at least 2 tools.

Part 3: Personal Recommendations for Enhanced Innovation (500-1000 words)

Based on your reflections and analysis in Parts 1 and 2, identify a set of practical recommendations for how you could improve the chance of success. This should include:

1. Individual-Level Recommendations:

  • Identify specific skills or knowledge an innovator could develop to enhance your innovative capacity.
  • Identify specific strategies an innovator could use to foster a more innovative mindset and approach within their business.

2. Organisational-Level Recommendations:

  • Identify essential elements within innovative businesses.
  • Identify leadership behaviours or initiatives that could promote a more innovative environment.
