Journal: We are all consumers who purchase numerous products. Sometimes our purchases workout well and other times there are problems. How do you feel your communication skills are in writing as a consumer or as a consumer advocate? Have you utilized this opportunity? If so, when, why, and how?

• Each Writing Journal Entry should be at least 400 words. (A minimum of three well constructed paragraphs.)
• There are specific topics on which you must write. (This is a general writing course, it is not tied to a specific major. You will customize your writings to fit your current or future job functions.)
• Please do not submit journal entries as an attachment. Please cut and paste them from your WORD document into the discussion board.
• When posting, create a new thread in the corresponding ‘Forum’ located within the ‘Assignments’ tab.
• Work should be broken into paragraphs. Refer to APA manual on paragraph formatting. Please note, it says paragraphs are indented. Follow proper formatting.
