You will be writing an apology from the point of view of the McDonald’s CEO apologizing for an incident that occurred in 1992 with a retired nurse, Stella Liebeck. This is a famous lawsuit that inspired the documentary, “Hot Coffee” and it will serve as the case study for the writing of your apology blog.

2. To prepare for this assignment, you will need to study and review the following handouts:

• Read and use the “Hot Coffee Facts” handout.
• Watch the 12-minute YouTube video on Stella Liebeck’s injury and lawsuit.
