Description

For your next project, you will develop and deliver a persuasive verbal presentation representing a real company and its product or service. This assignment is designed to help you refine your public speaking, persuasion, and presentation skills, all of which are critical in the business world.

You will take on the role of a sales representative for a company of your choosing and create a 4-minute oral presentation aimed at persuading potential customers to adopt or purchase a new or improved product or service. To support your presentation, you will develop a PowerPoint that outlines key points and enhances your communication with your audience.

Your presentation must be tailored to a specific target audience, and you will need to demonstrate an understanding of their needs and concerns. To create an engaging and persuasive argument, you will follow the structured persuasive format discussed in class: grab the audience’s attention, establish a need, introduce your product, address objections, and provide a clear call to action.

This project will challenge you to combine your research, presentation, and persuasion skills in a professional setting.
