This assignment covers the understanding of employment formalities under the Labour Law.

You are expected to prepare the following documents as per the requirements taught in class:

b. Employment Contract between You (employer) and an expatriate Employee

c. Describe the documentation required for the Resident Card for the employee

d. Describe the rights of the employee

e. Describe the obligations of the employer
