Select one leader whom you assess to have strong values. Read about their background, career, education and lifestyle from at least three different sources.  Cite your sources where appropriate.

Write a two-page paper (maximum): 

identify their personal values 

access how they were acquired 

examine how their organizations shaped their values 

how did national values impact their personal values 

• how did their values influence their views on international affairs 
• Apply your understanding of course concepts thus far to their development of values. Make an analysis of how values contributed to their beliefs. Use course terminology throughout in your application and analysis. 
• The leaders can be historical figures, international actors or leaders whom you admire. 
• Please write succinctly to address the questions, identify and apply any related leadership themes present in the scenario, and provide your analysis of how leadership did or did not play a role.
