Description

In this class, you are going to write a paper analyzing the General Social Survey (GSS). The topic on which you are going to write a paper is crime and police. Instructions will be given later.

This week, you are going to examine this data set and see what kinds of variables on crime and/or police this data set has.

Click on “Standard Codebook” listed at the top on the screen.

Click on “Sequential Variable List” listed on the left-hand side panel.

Scroll down the list of topics, and explore the variables listed there.

Select three variables on crime and/or police that you think are most interesting.

For each one, copy and paste
