Strategies to Generate Cultural Self-Awareness

Scenario,

you assisted someone with explicit and implicit bias with knowledge learned in a particular article you read from within the first referenced articles, now assist the person you were speaking to with strategies to deal with his/her implicit and/or explicit biases through cultural awareness strategies by using a combination of both referenced reading lists.
