For this Discussion, search for a news story that focuses on inequitable or unjust treatment of employees. Think about recommendations you might make to address that inequitable or unjust treatment.

For this Discussion, select a news article from a media source about an organization in which there is a perceived injustice or inequity.

Describe two recommendations to address the treatment and explain why each may be effective based on equity and justice theories.
