These do not have to be formal organizational leadership positions such as a manager or supervisor although they might. For example, they could just as easily be as a coach, group leader, or event coordinator. If you have not held these types of positions, think about your family. In your role (e.g., parent, sibling, cousin), think about a time when you had to lead others.

Discuss in your paper how reflecting on this time might help shape your current or future leadership approach in a current or desired leadership situation. Utilize information on the authentic leadership theory to support this discussion.

Next, utilizing the servant leadership model presented in the lesson and the textbook, discuss whether servant leadership seems appropriate for your current professional situation. If not, why not? If so, how is it or might it be implemented?

Your reflection paper will be at least Three pages full in length, not counting the title or reference pages. You must use at least two sources (one for each theory) to support your reflection. All sources used must have proper citations. Your paper, including all references, must be formatted in APA style
