Assignment Overview
In this writing assignment, you revise and edit your first draft of your research papers.
Deliverables
The components of the Individual paper include the following:
1. Cover page
2. Introduction
3. Body of the Paper using proper level heading
4. Conclusion/ Summary
5. Reference Page

Midterm Paper: 5-page body of the paper, double-spaced, APA format. This paper is due on the last day of Week 5 (Sunday at 1159 PST).
Step 1 Complete a draft of the research paper.
Complete the first draft you began in Week 4 Discussion.
• Be sure your draft supports your thesis and includes an introduction, supporting paragraphs, and a conclusion.

Step 2 Revise and edit the research paper.
Using feedback from your classmates, revise and edit the first draft of your research paper.
• Be sure to focus on sentence structure and word choice.
• This is an assignment you will want to keep in your personal files as well as submitting to your instructor.
• Therefore, using the software predetermined by your instructor, revise and edit the first draft of your research paper.

Step 3 Save and submit your assignment.
• When you have completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself in an easily accessible place, and submit a copy to your instructor using the dropbox.
