Psychology is the study of people, who they are and what they do. Psychology seeks to measure and explain the behavioral characteristics of people (p. 9). Psychology has recently focused on the mental health and well-being of employees and their relationship to work performance (p. 9).
1. Name one concept, research finding, idea, etc. which the discipline of POLITICAL SCIENCE has contributed to the study of Organizational Behavior.
