COMMUNITY PROGRAM PLAN PART 5

INSTRUCTIONS
Describe the components of successful program implementation, as discussed in Chapter 15. Reflect on your program plan and relate each component. Next, you will considercommunity involvement and ownership in the context of your plan. Discuss your role as an advanced practice public/ community health nurse and how you will enhance the community involvement in and ownership of your planned program.

Your work must include 3-4 relevant sources, including peer-reviewed literature written within the past 5 years (unless a classical work), in addition to the textbook and the Bible. This assignment must include a title page and be written in current APA format.

Submit the Community Program Plan Part 5: Monitoring Program Implementation by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of Module/Week 7.
