The Creative Educational Management type stands out to be the most qualified type to guide us through the unstable turbulence changes of the first half of the 21st century we are going through today.
Creativity helped humanity through past centuries see things differently and better deal with uncertainty. Studies show that creative people are better able to live with uncertainty because they can adapt their thinking to allow for the flow of the unknown.
Management in the general sense has four basic functions – planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Common sense dictates that without these principles of management being in place an organization would have trouble achieving its aims, or even coming up with aims in the first place!
The career of teaching in a nobel career and effective way that promotes student growth related to the development of original thought and action. Creative teaching focuses both on the methods a teacher uses to deliver learning and the overall effect those methods have on students and the outcomes produced.

The overall purpose of educational management is to effectively and efficiently create and maintain environments within educational institutions that promote, support, and sustain effective teaching and learning, but how those key objectives are set and the means by which they are attained may differ significantly.
And lastly, I am genuinely interested in studying and researching this topic as beneficial to me in learning how to navigate through all obstacles and the new world of technology and remote learning and teaching particularly now after experiencing it during the COVID -19 by teaching my classes from home and recognizing the fact that wherever a crisis there is always opportunity.
