Discuss the impact or high turnover in an organization. What are causes of turnover? Can turnover be considered “good”? Why?

As nurses begin to retire, what must we consider as Nurse Leaders? (HINT: Succession planning, recruitment, generational differences, etc.)….Address these issues in your answer.
