Description

Construct an APA formatted paper that includes the following:

1. a Detailed description of your current practice setting from the previous paper
2. the Problem Statement developed in the previous paper
3. describe in detail the intervention/strategy OR innovation that have selected as the most appropriate fit for implementation in your practice setting from the previous paper (KTA Part 1)

5. define the measures you will utilize to evaluate the outcome of the planned implementation;
6. discuss how you will utilize your defined measures to determine the outcome of your implementation
